Complaints

Please report any product damage to us within 12 hours of the delivery of the order by the courier service.

During packing, we carry out a detailed inspection of the product and the safety of the packaging, after which the responsibility for any subsequent damage passes to the courier service. The courier service reserves the deadline for complaints from the moment of delivery of the package, and all complaints with appropriate details must be reported within working hours. Therefore, it is extremely important that you inform us of all damages within the mentioned period.

Production deadlines

The deadline for making a mirror lasts 8-12 working days, except in special cases when the quality of the glass obtained during tempering does not meet the criteria, which requires remaking. Deadlines may also change during holidays.
